Phonathon a Success!

LAEF would like to extend a big Thank You to all parents who helped make our annual phonathon a success. From donors to volunteers, you all contributed to make vital enrichment programs such as art, music, physical education, science and technology accessible to our children in smaller, more manageable classes. We are approximately at the 2/3rds mark of our commitment of $1,550,000 to the Los Altos School District for the current school year. If you have not given, please participate with a donation of any size. If you made a pledge, please be sure to send in your donation. It is easy and secure to donate online.

LAEF launches 2006 Honor Roll of Realtors program

Each year LAEF benefits from the “Honor Roll of Realtors,” a unique program through which local realtors make donations to LAEF and are recognized in the Los Altos Town Crier. Please look for the ad early December, and say “thank you” to all realtors and companies who contribute this year. Please direct realtors who would like to join the Honor Roll to email laef@att.net or call (650) 559-0445 with their name and contact information.

Watch for your Tax Receipt in January

In January each year, LAEF sends all donors a tax receipt for their donation. Please watch your mailbox for this important tax document. If you have not yet made your tax-deductible contribution and would like to participate, there are LAEF donation envelopes in the school office, or you can donate online, or you can contact the LAEF office at (650) 559-0445. Please give generously and check with your employer(s) for matching grant opportunities.
